Custom Engraved Baseball
To make sure we engrave your baseball exactly the way you want it, there are two required fields at checkout:
1. Engraving Description (Required)
Use this box to tell us exactly what you’d like engraved. Examples include:
- Player name, team name uniform number, and year
- Coach's name, team name and year
- A short message
- Like "Best Coach Ever" or "Year Champions"
The more detail you provide here, the smoother the process will be.
2. Will You Be Emailing Handwritten Names or Graphics? (Required)
Choose Yes if you’ll be sending us handwritten signatures, drawings, or any artwork you want engraved. Choose No if you’re only using typed text or standard engraving.

**Tips for Sending Handwritten Names or MessagesTo get the cleanest, most accurate engraving, here are a few simple guidelines:
- Use black ink or a thin‑tip permanent marker. Thick markers tend to bleed and make the letters harder to trace.
- Bigger is better. Handwriting that’s roughly ½ inch tall or larger gives us a much clearer image to trace. (This is not the size it will engrave — it just helps us capture the details accurately.)
- Send a scan or a photo—either works. We can work with most file formats.
- If taking photos:
- Hold your phone as straight as possible over the handwriting to avoid distortion.
- Make sure the writing is well‑lit and in focus.
- If the handwriting is very light, feel free to take two photos—we can choose the best one or combine them to get the most accurate trace.
