You’re welcome to request any changes before approval — we’ll adjust the layout, clean up smudges or splatters if you prefer, or keep the “well‑loved” look if that’s part of the charm.
If you’re looking for a monogram or a custom layout, we can help with the design process too.
Please review the draft carefully for spelling, layout, and overall appearance. Because customized items are made specifically for you, no refunds can be provided for inaccuracies in the approved engraving.

Timelines:
Proofing Timeline: Handwritten and fully custom designs require additional tracing and layout work. Most proofs are completed within 2–3 days.
Production Timeline: Once you approve the proof, your item enters production. The completion time is typically 3–5 days from the date of approval.
Pan Care:
The aluminum pan is dishwasher‑safe, but aluminum can discolor over time — handwashing is recommended.
Avoid harsh scrubbers or abrasive cleaners.
Pan is oven‑safe.
Lid Care:
The powder‑coated lid should be handwashed only.
Do not use abrasive scrubbers on the engraved area.
Lid should never be used in the oven.
