Welcome to Just Rockin’ Out! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://www.justrockinout.com (the “Website”) and any purchases made through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Just Rockin’ Out may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revision date above will be updated. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all Website use and all purchases made through the Website. All notices, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. Your Order

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from the Website. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be involved.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

• All information submitted is accurate

• You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your device or account

Product photos may not reflect actual size. Colors may vary due to lighting or monitor settings.

Custom Items

All custom tie dye, jewelry, and engraved items are individual works of art. Variations are expected and part of the creative process.

For engraved items, you will receive a proof via email. You must approve the proof before engraving begins.

4. Completion of a Purchase

Just Rockin’ Out uses Stripe and PayPal to securely process payments. You may pay using a credit or debit card, PayPal account, or other methods supported by these providers. All payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe or PayPal using industry‑standard encryption. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. A purchase agreement is formed only when Just Rockin’ Out accepts your order by sending a confirmation email or by shipping the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5. Taxes

Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added to your order total. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge these taxes to your selected payment method.

6. Product Availability

Once your order is accepted, we will attempt to fulfill it promptly. If an item is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price, taxes, and shipping for that item.

7. Terms of Payment

Payment is due at checkout. Your selected payment method will be charged for the product price, shipping, and applicable taxes. You may not offset any amounts owed unless approved by Just Rockin’ Out or required by law.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 48 hours after full payment is received (Monday–Friday). Made‑to‑order tie dye and custom jewelry require an additional 48 hours. Custom engraved items may require an additional 72 hours.

Unexpected delays (weather, natural disasters, emergencies, etc.) may extend processing or delivery times.

All items in a single order ship together when possible.

Products will be delivered to the address you provide. Items remain the property of Just Rockin’ Out until full payment is received.

Delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup & Delivery

You may choose free local pickup at checkout. Local delivery is available in Bullhead City, Arizona, and surrounding areas within a 30‑mile radius. We will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. If you receive a message stating shipping cannot be calculated, contact us at info@justrockinout.com.

9. Refund & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item within 14 business days for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Reminders

• Product photos may not show actual size

• Colors may vary by monitor

• All custom items are unique and may vary

Customized Items

Customized items are refundable only if:

• An error was made by Just Rockin’ Out, or

• The item was damaged during shipment

No refunds will be issued for buyer‑submitted customization errors. You are responsible for the accuracy of your customization request.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Unworn

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Items with signs of wear, perfume, smoke, or damage will be returned to you with no refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Email info@justrockinout.com to describe the issue and request a return.

2. After review, you will receive a return number.

3. Mail the item within 5 business days to the address provided.

4. Include a signed letter stating the reason for return, the return number, and a copy of your receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds include the purchase price minus shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

Unless the product is defective, a 10% restocking fee applies.

Exchanges

Non‑customized items in new condition may be exchanged for a similar item of equal value. Shipping costs apply.

Unless otherwise stated, Just Rockin’ Out and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material on the Website. All rights are reserved.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Just Rockin’ Out

• Sell, rent, or sub‑license material
