Bamboo Color Variations:
Bamboo is a natural material, and the color of each stand varies. Some are lighter, some are darker, and natural tone variations are completely normal. The sample photos show the style of the design, but the actual color of the stand you receive may differ. Specific shades cannot be guaranteed.
Additionally, engraving color varies naturally on bamboo. Your engraving will reflect the natural tones of the bamboo board. Engravings may appear anywhere from light to dark brown, and color can vary across the design due to bamboo’s natural grain and construction.
Proof Process:
After you place your order, we’ll create a digital draft of your design and email it to you for review.
For handwritten recipes or custom artwork, please email at least two clear, high‑resolution photos of your recipe card or design. Sometimes one photo has a blurry corner or shadow, and having a second image helps us capture every detail accurately. Send your email to: info@justrockinout.com
You’re welcome to request any changes before approval — we’ll adjust the layout, clean up smudges or splatters if you prefer, or keep the “well‑loved” look if that’s part of the charm.

Please review the draft carefully for spelling, layout, and overall appearance. Because customized items are made specifically for you, no refunds can be provided for inaccuracies in the approved engraving.

Timelines:
Proofing Timeline: Handwritten and fully custom designs require additional tracing and layout work. Most proofs are completed within 2–3 days.
Production Timeline: Once you approve the proof, your item enters production. The completion time is typically 3–5 days from the date of approval.
Bamboo is a sustainable, fast‑growing grass that’s tougher than many wood boards. It makes a beautiful, durable accessory for your countertop or desktop.
Condition occasionally with food‑safe mineral oil to keep the bamboo moisturized.
Apply oil to all surfaces, allow it to absorb overnight, and wipe away excess.
Do not use cooking oils (olive, vegetable, coconut, etc.) — they can go rancid.
Do not use bleach, isopropyl alcohol, or harsh cleaners.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth; do not soak or submerge.
Proper care will keep your stand looking beautiful for years.
