Add any name or word (up to 12 characters). We’ll adjust the font and size to fit your design, and you’ll receive a proof for approval before production.

If you’d like a longer word or phrase, we can engrave it directly onto the cloud instead of cutting and gluing individual letters. This also opens the door for something truly meaningful — you can handwrite a message, a note, or a short sentiment, and we’ll engrave your handwriting exactly as it appears. Simply choose the name field option and type “Contact Me” and we’ll work together to finalize your layout.

Please note that, except for the first one, the product photos shown are digital graphics used for design reference only. The white lines visible in the images are part of the artwork protection overlay and will not appear on your finished piece. Because each item is individually hand‑painted, colors and shading may vary slightly from the sample images, giving every Dream Cloud its own unique personality.

  • After you place your order, we’ll create a digital draft of your personalization and email it to you for review.

    • If you’d like a longer phrase or want to use your own handwriting, simply enter “Contact Me” in the personalization field. We’ll email you to discuss the details and provide instructions so you can send your handwritten message or the wording you’d like engraved.

    • We will engrave your handwriting exactly as it appears in your photo or scan, preserving the natural style and sentiment.

  • Please review the draft carefully for spelling and layout. Because customized items are made specifically for you, no refunds can be provided for inaccuracies in the approved engraving.

  • You’re welcome to request any changes before approval — we’ll adjust the design until it matches your vision.

  • No work begins on your item until you approve the draft.

  • Once approved, your item enters production. Because each piece requires individual finishing and proper curing time, the completion time is typically 3–5 days from the date of approval.

  • Shipping time is in addition to production time, and production begins only after your design has been approved.
